Around this time of year, you can almost feel it in the air at British Vogue HQ: the atmosphere is heightened, slightly frenzied; there's a hum of excitement in the halls — that fashion week feeling.
Thankfully there's plenty on this season's schedule to look forward to. First up, designer Tolu Coker, who'll be kicking off the week with a presentation we hear is tipped to be extra special. Over the weekend, Chopova Lowena is on our list of must-see collections, along with Erdem, who celebrates his 20th anniversary this year, plus an eternal British Vogue fave, Simone Rocha.
When we're not at shows, you can expect to find us at the Vogue Cafe on Saturday and Sunday. Popping up at the Corner Shop, it's a great place for a caffeinated pitstop between shows. (My coffee order is a Matcha latte with almond milk, in case you were wondering.) Stay for a while longer if you can, and hear my conversation with Paloma Elsesser on Saturday afternoon who'll be dishing on the secret to her incredible style archive.
Looking ahead to Monday, the night after the BAFTAs, and, all eyes will be on Burberry. Creative director Daniel Lee never fails to close the week in fantastic style. So stay tuned, buckle up and be sure to follow along on Vogue.co.uk.
