Oh to be in Greece, with a club sandwich in one hand and a shot of... olive oil in the other. Back in June I met Vicky Vlachonis – author, osteopath and advisor to a certain Gwyneth Paltrow – at Cape Sounio on the Athens Riviera, where the LA-based healer has curated a new holistic wellness programme. Vlachonis told me her most consistent daily ritual is her morning dose of polyphenol-rich olive oil, but happily, she's all for the odd glass of wine, too. She shares her wellness tips below.
