Thanks to Burberry's takeover of Norman's Cafe in North London (not forgetting the new addition of Burberry Street on the TfL Tube map), quite a few, as it turns out. And it wasn't just hash browns, there were (potato) smiley faces all round for the team this season, thanks to some truly fabulous front row sightings: Stormzy and Louis Theroux together at Skepta's MAINS show! The Top Boy cast at Burberry! Vanessa Redgrave at Roksanda! It wasn't just the frow, the fashion left us starry eyed, too. This was a season of comebacks (Supriya Lele, Ashley Wiliams and KNWLS), stellar sophomore collections (from Daniel Lee at Burberry), and promising debuts (from buzzy LVMH-finalist Aaron Esh). British Vogue's highlights? Standing Ground's second collection at Fashion East, a masterful and fluid demonstration of cut and draping that positions founder Michael Stewart as one of London's most talented burgeoning designers; Stefan Cooke teaming up with Mulberry on an innovative collection of embellished pre-loved bags; and floral evening dresses at Erdem honed from the '40s floral upholstery owned by Deborah "Debo" Cavendish, the aristocrat who inspired the collection. Plus, the clacking kitten heels, designed to resemble the feet of the chickens the chatelaine of Chatsworth House famously kept.  So, what should you be adding to your shopping list for next season? The red dress is your sultriest evening wear option – just look to the scarlet tones at Huishan Zhang, 16Arlington and Simone Rocha. Your shoe game will be inspired by the durable sandals you wore island hopping in Greece, thanks to Supriya Lele's clear plastic slip-ons, and the lingerie trend lives on at Molly Goddard, courtesy of her fascination with corsetry and undergarments. As for beauty, whether you're tucking into a Burberry-style Great British fry up, or a Bistrotheque lobster pie like those served backstage at Matty Bovan, we picked up one tip for a post-meal touch-up: Talia Byre showcased a bold blue lip in her show at Tender Books bookshop in Central London.
